Hello dear friends, Duc here! I would like to invite you to a special Bánh Mì food tour. I prepared four places for us to visit, which you can see on the map below.

But this is not just a regular food tour! I plan to conduct a study assessing the quality of each place, for which I would like to ask for you help. For this, I'll print out surveys with a bunch of criteria, that we can fill together while we eat. I want to evaluate this data to write a "research paper", which I will publish on my blog for science 🧑‍🔬! Regarding the organisation: Eating a whole Banh mi at each stop would be quite a lot of food, so I think it would be best if each of us shares halves. That way we eat two of them over the whole tour. There is also a convenient coffee break at the halfway point (the second place is a cafe). As palate cleansers, I will bring some drinks and snacks.
